Tablet: 1 tab. (100 mg) twice a day for 3 days

Syrup: 1 tsp. twice a day for 3 days

A single dose of 100 mg repeated after one week is effective in Enterobiasis.
For Taenia infestations, doses upto 300 mg t.i.d. (ter in die-3 times a day)have produced 100% cure rates.
In Guinea worm infestation (Dracunculus medinensis), Mebendazole in the dose of 200-mg t.i.d. (ter in die-3 times a day) orally for 7 days is also effective in helping easy expulsion of the worm.
