Sulphadiazine
Sulphadiazine is a broad-spectrum anti-infective agent.
Sulphadiazine exhibits bactericidal action and is highly effective against several strains of bacteria including E. coli and the Shigella and the Salmonella species.

Astringent
It produces contraction of the capillaries and decreases their permeability, thus counteracting the essential phenomenon of inflammation. This property of zinc reduces congestion and promotes healing
